We take great pleasure in inviting your child to Aloha..  I encourage you to make camp plans for next summer as early as possible, and to let interested family, friends and neighbors know to apply soon.  Our camper return rate is consistently high and camp sessions fill quickly. Completing the paperwork now will prevent disappointment later, should the camp session you desire for your child in reach capacity early in the fall enrollment season.

Here are the procedures we follow for registering returning campers:

• Returning campers have priority in reserving spots for the following summer until November 1st.  (Applications received for children who did not participate in the prior season are placed on hold until November 1st.)

• Your priority as a returnee notwithstanding, camper spaces in specific age groups and sessions are limited, and returnees may outnumber appropriate spaces available.  We consider applications in order of their receipt in Fairlee, so early return of the completed application form and registration fee offers the best chance of ensuring a camp summer.  Please do not assume we know your child will come back next year.  We must receive your signed application and registration fee to save a spot.  Campers will not be registered until all three pages of the application are completed in full.

• If you wish to register a sibling who was not a camper last year, please send in an application and registration fee for that child now in order to secure a place near the top of the November 1st hold list.

• While spaces for older campers are usually at a premium, spaces for younger campers are more readily available.  We will be recruiting campers for these spaces well into the new year, and would appreciate your help in referring new families to us.
