Days 3-4 - Continue paddling along lakes while enjoying views of surrounding mountains. Navigation, decision-makingand outdoor cooking are topics that will be covered. We will have time for canoe games, journaling, swimming and relaxing.

Day 5 - Our final day paddling the Rangeley Lakes. Enjoy an evening campfire, roast marshmallows and listen for the chorus of loons.

Day 6 - Today the group has the option to hike, climb or white water canoe.

Day 7 - Breakfast, final clean-up, wrap up wilderness trip and view pictures from the week-long adventure with parents.

The Rangeley Lakes Region of western Maine provides the perfect setting for our wilderness canoe trip. Once on the lakes, the group will explore remote coves and islands while refining their canoe skills and traveling from campsite to campsite. There will be many opportunities to swim, become more comfortable living outdoors, as well as experience leading your community of peers throughout the week. Also, the wildlife is amazing. These wild and scenic lakes are home for populations of moose, loon, deer, osprey and bald eagles.
