Weddings and Special Occasions
An extended weekend wedding is a wonderful way to introduce families and friends. Your party will have exclusive use of our Main Hall, 19 cabins, waterfront and grounds. Your guests can choose among our various recreational options. Capacity for a sit down dinner is approximately 150 people. During the summer camp season, June 20th through September 1st, Ohana is not available for exclusive rental. Please contact us for availability.
Fees
Exclusive Use Fee: $2,200. Includes full use of the Camp; dining hall, cabins and grounds from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon.
Lodging: $90 p/p for the weekend. We require a 50 bed minimum occupancy, two night minimum ($4,500 for the weekend). You will be responsible to pay the difference between the number of guests reserving beds and this minimum at $90/ea.
Meals: Prices will be determined at the time you select your meal options from our menus. All guests staying on site will be required to take meals.
Additional Information:
- For the safety of all guests and in the interest of a clean environment, no pets please.
- For fire safety and health reasons, smoking is not permitted on the property.
- The total balance due is subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals’ Tax.
