An extended weekend wedding is a wonderful way to introduce families and friends. Your party will have exclusive use of our Main Hall, 19 cabins, six cabin tents, waterfront and grounds. Your guests can choose among our various recreational options. Capacity for a sit down dinner is approximately 150 people. During the summer camp season, June 20th through September 1st, Ohana is not available for exclusive rental. Please contact us for availability.

Fees
Exclusive Use Fee: $3,000.  Includes full use of the facility, dining hall, cabins, and grounds from Friday at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday at 12:00 noon.  (For further important details, contact us at info@ohanacamp.org)

Lodging
In addition, we require a 50 bed minimum occupancy, two night minimum stay, for $6500 for the weekend.  You will be responsible to pay the difference between the number of guests receiving meals and lodging in this minimum.

Meals
Friends staying off-site may take meals at Ohana Camp at an additional per person charge.  For your wedding and/or rehearsal dinner, we will provide you with a list of approved caterers, experienced with our facility and kitchen.

Additional Information
For the safety of all guests and in the interest of a clean environment, no pets please. For fire safety and health reasons, smoking is not permitted on the property. The total balance due is subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals’ Tax.
