An extended weekend for a wedding or reunion is a wonderful way to reconnect with family and friends. Your party will have exclusive use of our Main Hall, 19 cabins, six cabin tents, waterfront and grounds. Your guests can choose among our various recreational options. Capacity for a sit-down dinner is approximately 150 people. During the summer camp season, June 20th through mid-August, Ohana is not available for exclusive rental. Fees
Exclusive Use Fee: $4,250 (two-day weekend) or $4,750 (Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend). Includes full use of the facility, dining hall, and grounds from Friday at 12:00 noon. to Sunday at 12:00 noon. For more information, please email Ohana Camp.

Lodging
In addition, we require a 60-bed minimum occupancy, two-night minimum stay.  As the renting party, you will be responsible for paying the difference if the actual number of guests does not reach this minimum.

Meals
Friends staying off-site may take meals at Ohana Camp at an additional per-person charge.  For your wedding and/or rehearsal dinner, we will provide you with a list of approved caterers, experienced with our facility and kitchen. Alcohol served to guests must be through a licensed bartender.

Additional Information
For the safety of all guests and in the interest of a clean environment, no pets please. For fire safety and health reasons, smoking is not permitted on the property. The total balance due is subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals’ Tax.
